At Econea.cz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eco-friendly beauty products. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Fill Out the Return Form

  Download and complete our online return form, specifying whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different beauty item.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send the package via your preferred courier or drop it off at a designated Zásilkovna point using the return code provided in your account.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 14 business days.
